Shane made his apperance on August 2nd at 7:02 am!! To start the story, but keep it short. I had a dr's appointment Wednesday morning the 1st, and everything went well, except dr was concerned about my weight, and my belly measurement. She suggested I have an ultrasound done that day. They called down to the department and got me scheduled for 1:30 later that day. I went home and took it easy, didn't do too much, its way to hot!! I went bck at 1:30 for the ultrasound, and they can't tell you anything. The techs read the results, and tell your dr. Well after the ultrasound they told me I was all set to go home. I was about 5 minutes from my house and my cell phone rang, it was my dr. She was upset that they sent me home. She said she told the tech to get the results over to her asap, she was going to view them and then talk to me. Well my amniotic fluid was VERY low.. so they told me to get my stuff packed and get back to the hospital. I didnt go back until 4:30. I was very nervous knowing I was going to have the baby very soon. They were so busy in labor and delivery, seemed to be everyone was having babies when I was getting there. By the time the lab came and drew blood, and they got my IV started, along with paper work etc.. it was close to 8:00.
Now let me tell you a little secret.. Ryan is 6th in racing points, and the positions are so close, he couldnt really afford to miss a race.. so he said, he was going to race and he would be there no later then 8.. I kepot my eye on the clock the whole time. I was very nervous, because they said when they break my water it could take 20 minutes, or 2 hrs.. you never know. Well anyways he did arrive, AFTER they broke my water. It was around 8:30.. but he had an excuse.. he won FIRST PLACE!!!!!! FIRST TIME EVER!!!!! I was so happy for him. He was a winner for 2 days, winning the race on the 1st adn his son born on the 2nd.
Anyways back to story. They broke my water at 8:00.. at 9 nothing, 10 nothing, 11 nothing.. you get the point. I ended up falling asleep between them coming in and checking on me. Well guess what.. i woke up it was 6:58am, i screamed "HIS HEADS RIGHT THERE I KNOW IT IS" the nurse looks, sure enough.. his head was there.. i gave good pushes, and out he came, at 7:02am! 6 pounds 10 ounces 19 3/4 inches long. Beautiful baby boy, full head of dark dark hair.. his eyes we are still unsure of. They looked very very dark like mine, but now they might be lighter green like Ryans. Oh and he has dimples like his daddy & big sister.
I still can't believe how fast it happened. I can say this labor was better then Brianna's! I feel excellent, and was ready to go home by that night, but had to wait until the next morning. Everyone is adjusting well, especially Brianna. She will get the hang of it sooner or later. She calls him "bebe" and "hi buddy" or "hi bud" haha! So cute! I will be sure to get pictures downloaded and posted on here for sure, maybe even a few cute videos we have of Brianna meeting her little brother.
By the way, hes a good size baby and still floats in newborn size clothes and newborn diapers, so we are doing the preemie stuff for awhile.. so much different from Brianna... we were lucky that she wore some of her 0-3 month outfits! :)
Good luck to Ryan tonight. His race is at 6:30.. Im staying home with the little ones, and thats what he wants anyways. I have been to every race this season and he never won.. so the one I dont go to.. he wins.. Guess im staying home the last 3!! Bring home another trophy hun!
More updates.. as the days go on.. and be looking for pictures & videos.. !

HiHo HiHo to labor and delivery I go...
Well Friday morning I turned 30 weeks! Woohoo! But that doesn't give baby Shane permission to come just yet. :) Although I woke up, and was getting ready for work, but started having a really bad sharp pain in my tummy, along with contractions every 6 or 7 minutes. I called my Dr she wasn't too concerned about the pain, sound more like muscle pain to her, but the contractions werent good. She told me to get to L&D before 8am. I showed up at 7:30.. and ended up having 2 liters on the IV for dehydration, which slowed down my contractions but didn't completely stop them. Also had a ton of blood drawn. Now im on medication for a UTI, and also im very anemic, so on medication for that also. I just laid there hoping for the best. Caught some television, read a magazine, they served me some yummy lunch. I was there for a good 7 hours., and was sure glad when I was discharged to go home. My little guy is such a busy body though, he kept 'running' away from the monitor, I think the nurses were in there every 5 minutes fixing it, trying to find where he ran off too! :) He didn't care much for that, just kicked the monitor, he wanted to be left alone!! I was suppose to work this weekend, but not able to go back to work until Monday. (Thanks to the girls that picked up my weekend, I owe you!!) I am on some light restrictions until I go see my Dr again next week. So until then.. we will wait and see what happens.
Ryan did race wednesday. He got 23rd out of 23rd. He only completed 4 laps, which stinks. His Chevy truck blew up. :( Now hes got more work to do and get a truck ready for next week. He dropped from 4th to 12th in points. Oh well quite a few races to go, he will get back up there!!
Brianna's her normal busy body self. Learning how to say many many things. She talks all day long. Hi, Bye, Please, Thank You, Mama, Dada, No, Yeah, etc etc etc. She loves to make all the animal sounds, and loves to copy what anyone says, or try to atleast. She loves to give kisses!! Shes my little princess. Amazing that she is almost 2 years old. I really will try and get pictures on here soon. Just switched over to wireless internet, so a lot of new stuff, and getting the pictures from the other computer is tricky.
More coming soon... 30 weeks 1 day down 9 weeks 6 days to go...

Finally!
Hey all! I finally have a website to keep everyone updated on the kiddos.
Brianna is doing very well. She turned 20 months old on May 22nd. Closer and closer to terrible, i mean wonderful, two's ! :) Shes really not bad, just always busy. Its not easy for me to keep up with all of her energy, being pregnant!
And on the flip side, those that don't know. I am pregnant, yes, again! With a little boy this time! Or so we hope, since thats what all the ultrasounds have shown. His name will be Shane Robert. Robert is after my father, my grandfather (RIP), and ryan's grandfather. Kind of nice, eh? Estimated due date is around August 17th, although the Dr thinks he will come earlier. Im figuring somewhere around the 1st week of August! He is already over 3lbs.. I hope hes not as big as Brianna.. ahhhh (8p3o)
Trying to stay cool on the hot days we have been having. 29 weeks 4 days down, 10 weeks 3 days to go!
Oh and can't forget about Ryan. He's busy racing.. who would have guessed? He's doing well. He is 4th in points. Go Ryan Go!! It's fun watching, although scary too! I'll try and get some pictures of his race truck on here! He also got a new job at Bessey Motors right here in town, doing the same kind of work. No more PepBoys (although I will miss their discount they provided for my car needs).
Keep checking back for daily (until motherhood gets to crazy!) updates & pictures!
